Corte Palasio - The town of Corte Palasio

Corte Palasio has a population of 1.493 abitanti (Palasiani) and a surface of 15,6 square kilometers thus showing a population density of 95,71 inhabitants per square kilometer. It rises 69 metres above the sea level.

Population: The municipality of Corte Palasio had a popolation of 1.190 inhabitants accordingly to the results of the national census made in 1991. After the national census made in 2001 the population was 1.493 inhabitants, thus showing during the years 1991 - 2001 a percentual variation of 25,46% inhabitants.

The inhabitants are distributed in 514 families with an average of 2,90 people per family.

The place: The territory of the municipality lies between 62 and 72 metres above sea level.

The altimetric spawn is thus of 10 metres.

Work and workers:There are 27 industrial firms employing 110 people that are the 45,27% of the total of the workers. There are 21 service firms employing 31 people that are the 8,64% of the total of the workers. There are also 20 firms employing 69 people that are the 12,76% of the total of the workers. There are also 13 administrative offices emplying 24 workers that are the 8,23% of the total of the workers.

There is a total of 243 workers, that are the 16,28% of the inhabitants of the municipality.
