Orzinuovi - The town of Orzinuovi

Orzinuovi has a population of 11.142 abitanti (Orceani) and a surface of 48,1 square kilometers thus showing a population density of 231,64 inhabitants per square kilometer. It rises 88 metres above the sea level.

Population: The municipality of Orzinuovi had a popolation of 10.389 inhabitants accordingly to the results of the national census made in 1991. After the national census made in 2001 the population was 11.142 inhabitants, thus showing during the years 1991 - 2001 a percentual variation of 7,25% inhabitants.

The inhabitants are distributed in 3.911 families with an average of 2,85 people per family.

The place: The territory of the municipality lies between 62 and 94 metres above sea level.

The altimetric spawn is thus of 32 metres.

Work and workers:There are 230 industrial firms employing 1.755 people that are the 44,16% of the total of the workers. There are 307 service firms employing 877 people that are the 7,73% of the total of the workers. There are also 287 firms employing 998 people that are the 22,07% of the total of the workers. There are also 57 administrative offices emplying 567 workers that are the 7,22% of the total of the workers.

There is a total of 3.974 workers, that are the 35,67% of the inhabitants of the municipality.
