Clusone - The town of Clusone

Clusone has a population of 8.148 abitanti (Clusonesi) and a surface of 25,9 square kilometers thus showing a population density of 314,59 inhabitants per square kilometer. It rises 648 metres above the sea level.

Population: The municipality of Clusone had a popolation of 7.976 inhabitants accordingly to the results of the national census made in 1991. After the national census made in 2001 the population was 8.148 inhabitants, thus showing during the years 1991 - 2001 a percentual variation of 2,16% inhabitants.

The inhabitants are distributed in 3.039 families with an average of 2,68 people per family.

The place: The territory of the municipality lies between 475 and 1.637 metres above sea level.

The altimetric spawn is thus of 1.162 metres.

Work and workers:There are 360 industrial firms employing 1.616 people that are the 40,79% of the total of the workers. There are 278 service firms employing 786 people that are the 7,02% of the total of the workers. There are also 335 firms employing 1.145 people that are the 19,84% of the total of the workers. There are also 80 administrative offices emplying 933 workers that are the 8,46% of the total of the workers.

There is a total of 3.962 workers, that are the 48,63% of the inhabitants of the municipality.
